An-Najah Hosts Professor Valentina Fusari from the University of Pavia in Italy
As part of the Erasmus+ exchange programme, the Political Sciences Department and the Planning and Political Development MA programme hosted Prof. Valentina Fusari, specialist in Demography studies at the University of Pavia in Italy.
As part of her visit, Prof. Fusari gave two lectures for MA students and one for undergraduate students on demography; its theories and methods.
She also discussed with MA students the implications of demographic change in Palestine since 1950, prospects for change until 2050 and repercussions of this political change and its development importance for Palestinians.
Prof. Fusari also held a meeting with a number of faculty members to discuss cooperation projects, develop staff and student exchange and conduct joint research.
