Ambassador Amal Jadou Visits An-Najah
On Wednesday, December 7th, 2016, Professor Maher Natsheh, Acting President of An-Najah received at his office Ambassador Amal Jadou, Assistant Minister on European Affairs and Head of the European Department at the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs accompanied with Ms Suha Ghateet from the Ministry’s office.
Prof. Natsheh welcomed the guests and thanked the Ambassador for her consistent support for the university. He commended the Ministry role in supporting the Palestinian people in all international forums.
In turn, Ambassador Jadou expressed her delight for being at An-Najah and referred to the importance of constant communication between higher education institutions and the different Palestinian ministries for expertise exchange. She focused on the Ministry of External Affairs which has recently received a group of students from the Political Sciences Department at An-Najah to exchange experience.
At the end of the visit, the Public Relations Department at An-Najah organized a tour to the Ambassador to learn about its facilities including the Prince Turkey Ben Abdul-Aziz Auditorium, the Faculty of Fine Arts, NBC building and the university’s libraries.
