The delegation included Dr. Victor Barabash, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at the Friendship University and was accompanied with Dr. Nidal Rabah, Head of the Palestinian Graduates Association from Russia and Countries of Commonwealth of Independent States as well as Dr. Amer Massad and Engineer Shukri Sharkas, who are administrative members at the association.

Prof. Natsheh welcomed the guests and introduced them to An-Najah’s recent developments on different levels. He stressed the importance of teaching Russian language in the free courses the university offers.

He also expressed his pride in the Russian universities graduates who work at An-Najah and stressed the importance of the special relations that link both the Russian and the Palestinian people.

The meeting was also attended by Dr. Abdul Khaliq Issa, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Dr. Raed Abdulraheem, Director of the Arabic for Non-Native Speakers Institute at An-Najah.

The delegation was given a tour of the New and the Old Campus to learn more about the university’s faculties and academic programmes.
