The workshop was funded by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development Kuwait, as part of the unemployed graduates' rehabilitation project and consisted of 50 training hours.

The workshop shed light on the secretariat definition, types and functions and the qualifications of the secretary. It also talked about the executive secretariat and the tasks assigned to executive secretaries.

At the end, participating students were awarded certificates by Dr. Musaddaq Al-Masri, Director of An-Najah Centre for Training and Rehabilitation; Engineer Mahmoud Abu Kishek, Coordinator of the Arab Fund Project and trainer Sarab Sayeh.
