Ms Ghada Kittani, Director of INJAZ Palestine Office briefed the attendees on the Coca-Cola and INJAZ Al-Arab launched programme in 2012 which aimed at training students to organize and fund social projects and turn them into social initiations. It also aimed at developing their skills in social communication, team work, marketing, public relations and social responsibility.

The programme includes a national competition where students from five Arab universities submit their initiations and compete to obtain the best imitation award.

At the end of the ceremony, participating students suggested ideas about the proposed initiation by An-Najah.

• The programme included 30 students from An-Najah’s various departments
• The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Ahmad Al-Sayegh, the Programme’s Trainer from Jawwal and Ms Suheir Al-Saleh, Coordinator of the Competency Development Unit at An-Najah.
• The programme is currently being implemented by Palestine, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
• INJAZ Palestine is part of the global organization Junior Achievement Worldwide, in which more than 10 million students participate in over 126 countries annually. The purpose of INJAZ is to create an empowered generation of young entrepreneurs who will become the social and economic leaders of Palestine's future.
