From coal into diamond and from sand into glass. These models makes me to think and to create a challenge to improve materials. This discipline answers my questions.

This specialization allows the development of new materials based on meaningful scientific grounds. And it allows us to avoid random when searching for new materials that possess the required qualities

I enrolled in this discipline “material engineering “ because it is dealing with testing and manufacturing of materials. Palestine suffers from thelack of modern materials to meet the increasing multiple applications, and we need to learn the latest methods for their characterization and optimal ways to use them.

Industrial development that taking place now is draining of natural resources, which may deplete from the earth. Material engineering discipline can help in innovating the same material properties of resources consumed.

At first I was not familiar with this discipline, I have enrolled accidentally, Later I learned more about this specialization and I like to attend it, I entirely convinced now that, material engineering will serve the welfare of society.
