To provide the students with the knowledge and skills through education and research in order to prevent disease, promote health, and protect the well-being of the public. We also aim to provide qualified public health professionals to play a leadership role in public health in the Palestinian community.

We focus on the Palestinian community, but our educational/research concepts and principles transcend the local and national boundaries. Through investigating disease determinants and risks, working to improve healthcare quality and influencing the decision-making policy, we emphasize prevention and multifaceted action to respond to emerging challenges at the national and international levels as health is a global concern.

The assessment methods depend on individual and group projects and assignments and written exams and field work practice
