An-Najah Scout's Group Successfully Concludes Psychological First Aid Course
An-Najah Scout's Group of the Deanship of Student Affairs at An-Najah National University, has successfully completed a specialized course in psychological first aid. The course, conducted in collaboration with the Sustainable Change for Development (SCD) association, saw active participation and engagement from the group's members.
The course, held in Nablus, covered essential concepts and definitions related to psychological first aid, emphasizing its key principles. Participants were trained in various methods of psychological release and engaged in practical exercises. The curriculum equipped them with the knowledge to identify reactions to stress and apply effective problem-solving techniques. Additionally, the participants actively took part in numerous activities focused on psychological release.
Seventeen individuals participated in the course, which concluded with the distribution of certificates of participation. The trainees expressed gratitude, on behalf of An-Najah Scout's Group, to the SCD staff for their guidance. They underscored the importance of continued collaboration and joint activities between the two entities in the future.
