This meeting is regularly held through a partnership with Palestine Information and Communications Technology Incubator (PICTI), centers of excellence in Palestinian universities, the LEADERS institution, and the Peeks group in cooperation with Sadara Ventures and with the support of the Compete project funded by the United States Agency for International Development, USAID.

The project “Deaf Hear…Deaf Speak” won second place. The project is based on the idea of designing a computerized system that converts the human voice to a language of signs understood by the deaf, and also converts the communicating signs of a deaf person to a voice that the other person hears. Designing this project is attributed to the Department of Computer Sciences under the supervision of the instructor Mohammad Sharaf. Also, the project “Basma- The Web as You Like It” won third place. The main idea of this project involves specifying the web content for users around  the world in an efficient way. This project’s design is attributed to the Department of Computerized Information Systems under the supervision of Dr. Baker Abd Al-Haq.
