NNUH Urology Center of Excellence Achieves SRC Global Accreditation for Surgical Services
In a remarkable addition to its growing list of international achievements, the Urology Center of Excellence at An-Najah National University Hospital (NNUH) has been awarded accreditation by the Surgical Review Corporation (SRC), a prestigious global body that recognizes healthcare institutions adhering to the highest standards of surgical quality. This accreditation underscores NNUH's commitment to excellence in healthcare and positions it among the world’s leading surgical centers.
Dr. Faris Abushamma, a renowned specialist in kidney and urology, Head of the Urology Center at NNUH, and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, has also been accredited as an SRC-certified surgeon. This recognition not only highlights the exceptional capabilities of Dr. Abushamma but also strengthens the hospital’s standing and the expertise of its medical team.
Prof. Rami Hamdallah, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at NNUH, expressed his pride in this achievement, stating, "Receiving this global accreditation is the result of our relentless efforts and significant investment in enhancing our hospital’s medical capabilities and infrastructure.
