Representatives from An-Najah National University, including Dr. Riyad Abdel Karim and Dr. Mohammad Abuabiah, attended the conference. Dr. Abdel Karim received special recognition for his outstanding 15-year tenure as IAESTE's representative in Palestine, acknowledging his dedicated service and contributions.

The conference agenda encompassed discussions on the organization's financial and administrative matters for the 2023-2024 period. Notably, Professor Bernard Baeyens from Colombia was elected as the new president of IAESTE, and Dr. Abuabiah assumed the role of "National Secretary" for the State of Palestine, succeeding Dr. Riad Abdel Karim.
