With an outstanding presentation and specific steps to prove that their project actually works, Team Green Gold from An-Najah National University has recently won first place in the HULT PRIZE 2021 Impact Summit, which was held in Rawabi City in Palestine. The team will be advancing to the next stage in the Hult Prize competition, the Accelerator in London, this summer.

In partnership with the United Nations, the Hult International Business School formed the Hult Prize Foundation that challenges brilliant young future leaders through annual entrepreneurial competition. The year of 2020-2021’s theme is ‘Food for Good: transforming food into a vehicle for change’.

With their magnificent performance, the team was selected among 40 teams from several universities in the West Bank to participate in the Hult Prize Accelerator Program in London. If they pass, they will be given the chance to go to New York to compete for the million-dollar champion prize with five other teams.

After winning the rounds of the Regionals, the team will be going to London in September for the Accelerator Training Program. Participating teams will be able to obtain all kinds of resources they need and interact with experts from all walks of life. By learning from the experiences they will become better presenters and world-changers.

Hult Prize 2021 Impact Summits took place across 50 different cities around the world, each hosting the regional final round of the Hult Prize flagship one-million-dollar startup challenge.
