An-Najah Professor Obtains the UNCITRAL Approval for a Legal Study
The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) has recently approved a legal study on commercial arbitration and its role in promoting small and medium enterprises in Palestine conducted by Dr. Naeem Salameh, staff member at the Faculty of Law at An-Najah.
The UNCITRAL has announced earlier to receive legal studies from researchers and specialists around the world to complete preparations to its conference on challenging international trade to support innovation and sustainable development which will be held in mid of 2017 in Vienna.
The commission also announced that selected research will be published after the conference.
