Serves as the central body for monitoring diversity indicators, advising on policy, and driving institutional progress in equity and inclusion.
Ensures accessibility in recruitment and employment, coordinates awareness campaigns, and provides necessary accommodations for persons with disabilities.
Develops outreach campaigns and creates targeted communication strategies to attract diverse applicants.
Facilitates linguistic and cultural integration for international students, fostering an inclusive campus environment.
Promotes human rights education and inclusion, particularly for refugees, women, and marginalized groups.
