Collaboration
An-Najah National University fosters extensive local and international collaborations to advance climate change research and sustainable resource management. Through the Energy, Water, and Food Security Research Center, the university partners with leading institutions and organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and North America — including the University of Naples Federico II (Italy), Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (Germany), the Stockholm Environment Institute (USA Center), Utah State University (USA), and Delft University of Technology (Netherlands) — to conduct joint research on renewable energy, water resilience, and climate adaptation. Regionally, ANNU cooperates with entities such as the Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority, Palestinian Water Authority, Environment Quality Authority, Royal Scientific Society (Jordan), and the Palestinian Green Building Council, among others. These partnerships strengthen scientific capacity, promote data exchange, and support innovative climate solutions for Palestine and the wider region
