A Delegation from the Palestine Islamic Bank Visits An-Najah to Discuss Possible Means of Cooperation
On Sunday, November 28, 2021, Prof. Abdel Nasser Zaid, President of the University, met with a delegation from the Palestine Islamic Bank, represented by General Manager of the Palestine Islamic Bank, Dr. Imad Al-Saadi to promote the symbiotic relationships between the University and the Palestine Islamic Bank in a way that serves and supports the educational process in Palestine.
Prof. Zaid welcomed the delegation and emphasized on the importance of the symbiotic relationships between universities and industry as they are very significant in fostering the economic development of a nation. He also expressed his confidence that this visit will enhance joint cooperation between the two parties in promoting academic growth and community development in Palestine.
During the meeting, the two parties discussed how it is has become increasingly clear that there is a need for close university-industry interactions as a means of national economic prosperity.
Prof. Zaid also thanked the Palestine Islamic Bank's administration for their continuous efforts in offering comprehensive banking services including banking facilities and services provided to students and staff at the University.
