"How to Set and Achieve Goals" Workshop
An-Najah University’s American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) - Students Branch organized a goal setting workshop titled: "How to Set and Achieve Goals". It was organized for the University's engineering students and was facilitated by Eng. Rand Mesmar, Project Management Specialist at the Ministry of Justice.
The workshop aimed to provide participants with the process of defining exactly what they want and then discover and document the exact work it will take to create the goal. It clearly defined how to make goals an actuality in their life.
Moreover, the workshop included an overview and discussion of how to create an action plan to ensure that the goal stays alive and vibrant. Key elements of the plan include timelines, resources needed, success measures and progress review dates.
At the end of the workshop, Eng. Mesmar engaged in a question and answer session with the participants.
