His graduate research developed the Earned Value Management Approach which is being applied internationally in the field of projects management to use it in measuring the actual energy cost performance of green buildings.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Dwaikat published his research in three scientific papers; one was published in an international scientific conference and two were published by prominent journals of high impact factor.
