Three Students from An-Najah Obtain the CMA Certification
On Wednesday, December 14th, 2016, three students from the Accounting Department of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at An-Najah obtained the Certified Management Accountant certification (CMA).
The students are Ahmad IKhlaif and Kareem Sabri and the top graduate Sara Abu Hejleh.
On this occasion, Professor Maher Natsheh, Acting President of An-Najah received the students at his office to congratulate them for their achievement.
Dr. Saed Al-Koni, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences congratulated the students and commended their academic and professional performance.
The students in turn thanked the university administration and their professors for offering them the needed support during the competition.
CMA is a professional credential that can be earned in the advanced management accounting and financial management fields. The certification signifies that the person possesses knowledge in the areas of financial planning, analysis, control, decision support, and professional ethics, the skills most in demand on finance teams around the world.
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Muiz Abu Alia, Head of the Accounting Department and Mr. Khaled Mufleh, Acting Director of the Public Relations Department at An-Najah.
