The course aims at providing students with the concept of design, goals and principles. It offers kinds of designs such as analysis of variance, analysis of variance design, correlative studies, multiple regression analysis by using “SPSS” and other statistical analysis.

The course shows the concepts of Educational administration and its development, theories of Educational administration, personality dimension, perception, behaviour, and organisational climate and its development.

In this course, students study multiple theses in education, from which students make presentations discussing point of weakness and strength. Students also learn objective criticism for such theses and are trained to write a good research plan.

This course looks at educational supervision theory. In the process of this course students will research the supervision process, the kinds of educational supervision and its problems.

The course presents a comprehensive overview of the leadership concept, its kinds, behaviours and selecting administration leaders and its effective traits. In addition to this, it concentrates on transformational leadership, a need theory, traits theory and scientific theory.

It includes definitions of Educational Planning, its importance, description, dimension, its relation with change and obstacles. It also enables students to put Educational Plans related to Palestinian education environment.

Additionally, the course presents traits of successful school management, relation to a society, possible hindrances of school management in Palestine and ways of overcoming it.

It also addresses the concepts of Elearningand its evolution over time as a response to developments in informationtechnology.

This course is designed to provide students with the definition of education and itsrelationship with the theories, nature, characteristics and the problems of politicaldevelopment in the Arab region. Apart from the influence and impact of education ondevelopment and the importance of the human element in this process, this course aims tolay out some of the impediments which stand in the way of development and thechallenges facing it; in addition, to the consequences of being politically andeconomically underdeveloped, and the absence of transparency and accountability, theexistence of administrative corruption and fragmentation, ignorance and backwardnessand poverty in the development process. Finally, this course focuses on the role ofknowledge and the development of self-learning and the obstacles facing the educationalsystem and development in Palestine and the Arab world in light of globalization.
