The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd) Awards Dr. Faris Abushamma a Chair to Become a Member of its Surgical Specialty Boards (SSBs)
The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd) in the UK awarded Dr. Faris Abushamma, Assistant Professor of Urology at An-Najah National University and Urologist at NNUH a chair in the surgical specialty board (SSB) in Urology for three years.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Abushamma will represent An-Najah National University and NNUH. Also, Dr. Abushamma has achieved double fellowships in Urology from Bristol Urological Institute in UK which are Laparoscopic and Uro-Oncology.
"I was invited by the RCSEd to represent the College outside the UK in different activities and exams, and this is considered an excellent step toward international collaborations and research development which is encouraged by the University and the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences." Dr. Abushamma said.
