The training was given by Dr. Mohammad Bsharat, CEO of Al-‎Mohtaref for Training Company in Palestine (The Professional ‎Training and Investment Company).‎

The training aimed to teach participants how to find the career that’s ‎right for them as well as how ‎to market themselves to employers ‎within their specializations. It focused on preparing ‎undergraduates ‎for future careers based on their study.‎

The workshop covered several topics, including personality and value ‎assessment guides in finding how our strengths, values, personal self, ‎and interests contribute to how we look for careers that make us ‎ready to make our own individual brands.‎

Dr. Bsharat talked about the concept of personal branding, discussed ‎the elements of a personal brand, and guided participants through the ‎steps required to understand their current brand and manage/ leverage ‎it for future success.‎
