Conducting Interviews for "View" Project Participants
On Thursday, October 18,2018, the Competency Development Unit and the Career and Alumni Affairs Unit at An-Najah University conducted interviews to select "View" project participants in cooperation with Partners for Sustainable Development PSD.
Approximately 70 students and alumni were interviewed over two days. 20-30 students will be selected to participate in the training for 8 months over three stages. The first stage includes 20 training hours that tackle communication, solving problems, effective presentation and creative thinking skills.
The second stage includes 60 training hours about technical skills related to the fields of translation, programming, design (multimedia) and e-marketing, while the third stage includes 10 hours on View Platform and ways to interact with customers.
The project aims to offer participants practical training, build their soft skills and enhance their technical skills as well as work remotely through digital platforms.
