Career and Alumni Affairs Unit Concludes Graduate Qualification and Empowerment Course
The Career and Alumni Affairs Unit at An-Najah National University successfully concluded a comprehensive training course on Sunday, September 8, 2024, designed to qualify and empower graduates. The course provided participants with essential skills in personal development, electronic competencies, 21st-century skills, and soft skills, along with specialized training on artificial intelligence tools tailored to meet the demands of both local and Gulf markets.
The program included fifty graduates from various faculties and departments, representing both genders. Throughout the course, participants gained hands-on experience in areas such as graphic design for social media platforms, social media management, content creation for e-marketing websites, promotional and marketing video production, office automation, business management, and secretarial duties.
In addition, the course offered training in paper and digital file management, digital text conversion, audio production, translation and linguistic editing in both English and Arabic, transcribing audio and video files, image and post editing, and article writing. Participants also mastered the use of 200 artificial intelligence tools to enhance their competencies.
Certificates of participation were awarded by Dr. Abdel Salam Al-Khayyat, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Mr. Raed Al-Debiy, Assistant to the President for Community Affairs; and Mr. Alaa Abu Daher, the course trainer and Coordinator of the Career Unit.
This 60-hour training course reflects the Career Unit’s ongoing commitment to social responsibility by helping university graduates develop skills that align with the evolving requirements of both local and international markets.
