On Monday, October 5, 2020, An-Najah National University and Al-Noukhba Company for Medical Services and Consultations (MEDICARE LABS) signed an MOU about research cooperation and expertise ‎exchange both parties in the fields of medical laboratory sciences.‎


The representatives were Professor Maher Natsheh, President of ‎An-Najah, and Dr. Bashar Al-Karmi, Chairman of Al-Noukhba Company for Medical Services and Consultations (MEDICARE LABS).

Professor Natsheh expressed his happiness for meeting the guests and stressed the importance of mutual cooperation between An-Najah and Medicare Labs. He also expressed hope that ‎they will ‎establish cooperation in different fields.

Furthermore, Prof. Natsheh referred to the importance of strengthening the strategic and structured cooperation between the University and the local community’s institutions through various types of cooperation models. These models include training opportunities for students at the local community’s institutions ‎to put theory into practice and achieve their full potential, both personally and professionally.

The MOU focuses on the cooperation and exchange of research in the fields of medical laboratory sciences and has formalized a growing ‎partnership between the two institutions.

Also, the MOU aims to reinforce sustainable partnership between the two ‎parties in the light of providing the University’s medical students with training opportunities at Medicare labs in coordination with the University's Practical Training Center.

The meeing was alo attented by Mr. Abed Al- Rahman Abu Bakr, Director of Public Relations Director at Medicare Labs, Mr. Ali Radwan, Marketing Officer in the North region Dr. Riyad Abdel Karim, Director of the University’s Practical Training Center, and Mr. Basem Ghaith, Practical Training Supervisor at the University.
