Program Description

The program intends to graduate high quality students equipped ‎with knowledge and skills to enroll in positions in the field of ‎Nutrition and Food Technology. Therefore, the department contains ‎high caliber staff who attained their PhDs from reputable universities ‎in Europe. The students will acquire knowledge and practicals in a ‎wide range of related topics such as:‎

  • Chemistry and food analysis & chemistry.‎
  • Biology,  Microbiology and food microbiology
  • Food biotechnology.
  • Meat technology.
  • Human nutrition.
  • Meal planning.
