The collaborative efforts outlined in the MOU aim to elevate the capabilities of both universities in humanitarian research, facilitate joint graduate programs, organize peer-reviewed scientific conferences, engage in academic rankings, pursue international accreditations, and collaborate on international projects of mutual interest.

Representing An-Najah University at the MOU signing were Dr. Nidal Dwaikat, Vice President for Planning, Development, and Quality Assurance, and Prof. Waleed Sweileh, Director of the University’s Department of World Universities Academic Rankings. Isra University was represented by His Excellency Prof. Mohammad Hamed, President of Isra University, Dr. Asma'a Al-Khawaldeh, Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, and Dr. Mohammad Dalala’, Director of the University’s Quality Assurance Department.
