The guide's aim falls within the framework of the accessibility of educational virtual spaces for young people, for its role in enriching the teaching-learning process and in offering sustainable resources to academic centers and universities in the research field and strategic planning.

This reference guide is also part of ALECSO's awareness framework of the importance of information communication technology, and modern media for the purpose of improving and developing education. The guide contains three sections; the first section includes the theoretical framework of the guide, its drivers, vision, mission and objectives in addition to international and Arab initiatives and covenants and the trends governing space. The second section sketches a model of the site and its content, while the third section deals with the technical, security, confidentiality aspects and enriching the site's content.

 It is noteworthy that ALECSO intends to publish this guide, which is one of its projects of the 2019-2020 financial cycle, for the benefit of Arab states.
