Selection of An-Najah Professor as Oscar of Education Official Competition Judge
Dr. Nidal Dwaikat, Deputy President of Development Planning and Quality Assurance at An-Najah University has been selected as an Official Competition Judge for the Oscar of Education Award (Reimagine Education) organized by QS University Rankings. He is the only judge selected from Palestine.
The competition judges are selected based on resume richness and educational and vocational qualifications. They also have to pass a series of interviews and tests, as this process will result in selecting an elite distinguished group judging competing universities and institutions around the world.
The Award is a global competition open to educational innovators from all around the world. The competition brings together edtech startups, academic faculty from top institutions, Chief Innovation Officers, university leadership, teachers, and other stakeholders in the future of teaching and learning.
The Reimagine Education Awards reward innovative approaches that enhance student learning outcomes and employability, offering $50,000 in funding to the overall winners. Bronze, Silver and Gold Category Winners will be given the opportunity to showcase their innovations at the virtual Reimagine Education Conference (9-11 December, 2020).
The Global Winners will be announced on December 11th, during the live Reimagine Education Awards Ceremony.
