An-Najah Achieves Progress in Thomson Reuters ISI Periodicals
An-Najah National University has achieved significant progress in publishing research by international periodicals of Thomson Reuters ISI database, the most comprehensive and versatile research platform for search and discovery.
In the past decade, An-Najah administration dedicated rewards for those who publish research papers by the Thomson Reuters ISI periodicals as part of its goal to encourage and develop scientific research in Palestine. Therefore, in 2015, the university published 110 research papers by Thomson Reuters.
It is worth mentioning that the university has published 35 research papers in 2009; which means the number has doubled by 2015.
Thomson Reuters website mentioned that An-Najah published 664 research papers by ISI and achieved 4679 citations; 7 citations for each paper with an impact factor of 32.

On this occasion, Professor Maher Natsheh, Acting President of An-Najah expressed his delight and pride of this achievement and thanked An-Najah’s staff for their prominent efforts in developing scientific research in Palestine.
