Developing 21st-Century Skills at NGate's First Training Camp
The Business Innovation & Technology Hub (NGate) at An-Najah National University, through the Arab Network for Innovation (Ain), concluded the “Keep Your Eyes to Yourself” camp, under the title “New 21st-Century Skills.”
The camp consisted of two successive phases. The first phase included theoretical trainings held for 65 students from different specializations at NGate for two weeks. These trainings included several skills such as personal, leadership, career and life skills as well as digital skills and business innovation skills.
The trainings were delivered by a number of expert trainers and representatives from several institutions.
The second phase included practical trainings. These trainings were conducted in cooperation with Sharek Youth Forum, and they included camping activities in the town of Kafr Ni'ma. These activities aimed at improving the participants' critical thinking, creativity, communication and teamwork skills to enable them to develop their own community initiatives.
