Human Resources Department Conducts Leadership Development Training for Administrative Managers
The Human Resources Department, through its Training and Development Unit at An-Najah National University, organized a professional development program for a group of administrative managers on 21 May 2026 at An-Najah Innovation Park.
The training aimed to strengthen leadership and management competencies, with a particular focus on people management, team leadership, effective workplace communication, and decision-making in contemporary organizational environments.
The program was delivered by Dr. Ahmad Al-Ramahi, a specialist in strategic planning, institutional development, and human resources management, who brings extensive academic and professional experience in leadership development and organizational performance improvement.
Throughout the program, participants explored contemporary approaches to leadership, team building, employee engagement, and effective communication. Discussions also highlighted the importance of aligning day-to-day management practices with institutional strategic objectives in order to foster a productive and high-performing work environment.
