An-Najah University Launches the Global University Mentorship Program
As part of its commitment to academic collaboration and global knowledge exchange, An-Najah National University has launched the University Mentorship Program, a global initiative designed to connect faculty, staff, students, and alumni with peers at institutions worldwide, as well as with local, regional, and international job markets through an innovative virtual mentorship platform.
The program offers specialized guidance and training in academic, administrative, research, and skill development fields, drawing on the expertise of the University’s community and a network of local and international professionals.
To support the initiative, the University is also developing an advanced digital system powered by artificial intelligence to match mentees with mentors based on needs and expertise streamlining global and local engagement.
