An-Najah Signs an MOU with the International Arab Society of Certified Accountants (IASCA)
On Sunday, November 28, 2021, An-Najah National University, represented by Prof. Abdel Nasser Zaid, President of the University, signed an MOU with the International Arab Society of Certified Accountants, represented by Head of the Palestinian Certified Public Accountants Association, Member of the Board and representative of IASCA in Palestine Mr. Jamal Melhem to strengthen partnership and cooperation between the two parties in various fields.
The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Saed Al-Koni, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, and Prof. Abdel Nasser Al-Nour, Head of Accounting Department, and Dr. Sameh Atout, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, and Dr. Ghassan Daas from the Accounting Department and Mr. Khaled Al Husseini, Director of the Public Relations Department at the University.
The MOU seeks to coordinate the efforts between the University and IASCA to effectively reinforce sustainable partnership between them in terms of offering accounting and audit training courses. It also seeks to set effective coordination mechanisms between the two institutions to promote expertise exchange and joint training programs and activities.
