This field visit was part of the Institutional Evaluation of Erasmus+ programs (CBHE and ICM) at An-Najah University. Program of the visit included an introductory meeting with the University Administration (An-Najah's President, Prof. Natsheh, and the EU Projects Coordinator, Dr. Imad Brik).

The first meeting included  an overview of the Institutional visit's purpose and methods, presented by Dr. Jayousi and the consultancy team. Then Dr. Imad Brik summarized the impact of Erasmus+ projects (CBHE and ICM) on An-Najah University. This was followed by a second meeting with  the project directors at An-Najah University. Dr. Brik and Dr. Jayousi opened the meeting, and presented the main aim of Erasmus+ projects and institutional visits. Also, Dr. Brik emphasized on the Impact of E+ CBHE projects on the University, and other HEIs and the Ministry of Higher Education.

Then, Dr. Amjad Al-Qanni, Director of Scholarships Office at An-Najah University presented the Impact of International Credit Mobility on the University, and Dr. Imad Brik presented the impact of REACH & PALIB projects. Moreover, each of the participating project coordinators presented the impact of the project that s/he leads at the institutional level; namely, Dr. Abdel Karim Daragmeh who presented the impact of TAP Palestine Project & METHODS Project, Dr.Mohammad Najjar who presented the impact of UniGov Project & BENEFIT Project, Dr.Saida Affouneh presented the impact of Open-Med & TVETCQ Projects, and Dr.Abdulsalam Khayyat who presented the impact of   MED-HEALTH Project.

The meeting was concluded with an evaluation discussion that resulted in overall recommendations, future steps and electronic questionnaire circulation. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Jayousi listened to the main recommendations and suggestions of projects’ coordinators aroused from their experience working on Erasmus+ Projects.
