An-Najah Hosts a Delegation of Feminist Organizations from the United Kingdom


The Office of International Development and External Affairs (IDEA) at An-Najah University in cooperation with Wi'am: The Palestinian Conflict Transformation Center in Bethlehem and Seeds Association for Development and Culture ‘Bothoor’ (SEEDS), recently welcomed a delegation of feminist organizations from the United Kingdom.
The meeting began with a presentation by Dr. Samah Saleh from the Sociology and Social Work Department on An-Najah’s Women's Studies MA program which focuses on gender relations in everyday life.
Dr. Saleh also shared with the delegation the latest news, future research and development projects of the University.
Following this presentation, the delegation took a tour of the New Campus' faculties and facilities, including An-Najah Centenary Museum and the library. The delegates were able to learn more about the University's academic programs and challenges that face higher education in Palestine.
