An-Najah University Hosts 6431 Students within 170 School Visits During the First Semester of the year 2019-2020

The number of campus visits for school groups during the first semester of the year 2019-2020, has reached 170 with 6431 students from the multiple directorates of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the different governorates in Palestine.
The University organize campus visits for school groups to help school students make informed decisions about university through higher education talks, activities, and tours either at the Old Campus or the New campus.
These visits help students get practical advice and information on, the admissions process, student life and the University’s academic programs and courses as well as the University’s Faculties and facilities which include the following:
- The Palestinian Seismic Observatory (PSO)
- An-Najah Bio-Sciences Unit (NBU)
- Forensic Medicine Institute
- An-Najah Libraries
- An-Najah Centenary Museum
- The Museum of Palestinian Popular Heritage
- Laboratories of the Departments of Physics, Biology and Chemistry at the Faculty of Science
- The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology’s laboratories such as the electric and circuits laboratories as well as computer laboratories
- The Faculties of Fine Arts’, Law’s, and Medicine and Health Sciences’ facilities and departments
- The Faculty of Physical Education’s facilities
- The Media Center which includes An-Najah Broadcasting Channel(NBC)
During the First Semester of the year 2019-2020, the numbers of school visits and students from different governorates such as Jerusalem, Hebron, Bethlehem, Ramallah, Jenin, Tulkarm, Qalqilyah, Jericho, Tubas and Nablus, were distributed as follows:
