The visit aimed at discussing possible means of mutual cooperation with regard to student and staff exchange and offering entrepreneurship programmes and others as well as learning about the progress made on An-Najah's Korean-Palestinian IT Institute of Excellence and the challenges it faces.

The delegation was received by Dr. Mohammad Al-Amleh, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Sameh Atout, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Social Science, Dr. Hasan Ayoub, Head of the Political Science Department, Mr. Khaled Barham, Director of the Korean-Palestinian IT Institute of Excellence, Dr. Mohammad Najjar, Director of the Projects Management and Consulting Unit (PMCU), Miss. Fatima Sayeh from the International Office and Mrs. Noor Hashayka from the PR Department.

Dr. Al-Amleh welcomed the delegation and stressed the importance of the cooperation An-Najah has with a number of academic Korean institutions. He also commended the Korean government role in offering support to An-Najah in terms of information technology and expertise exchange.

Mr. Barham talked about the Institute's history, goals, achievements, activities and the services it offers to the Palestinian community.

The delegation in return commended An-Najah administration for its contribution to upgrade the quality of higher education in Palestine. They also welcomed the idea of cooperation in various fields including technology and programming.

At the end of their visit, the delegation was given a tour of the Institute to learn about its facilities and infrastructure.
