Mr. Peter Mollema Visits An-Najah
On Tuesday, April 12th, 2016, Dr. Mohammad El-Amleh, Vice President for academic Affairs, Dr. Sabri Naser, Vice President for Administrative Affairs and Dr. Adnan Melhem, President’s Assistant for social Affairs received Mr. Peter Mollema, Representative of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Palestinian Authority along with Mr. Wadi Razzoiuk, Senior Policy Officer at the Dutch Embassy.
Dr. El-Amleh welcomed the delegation and started to talk in details about the university’s history, academic programmes and students. He also stressed the importance of mutual cooperation between Palestine and the Netherlands and commended the Dutch government’s support to the Palestinian people.
Mr. Mollema stated that the embassy is ready for further means of academic relations with An-Najah through joint research, scholarships and exchange programmes. He also discussed the possibility of offering job opportunities for Palestinian graduates in the Netherlands.

The Meeting was also attended by Mr. Naseer Arafat, Member of the National Committee in Nablus and Ms Dalal Radwan from the International Office at An-Najah.
The delegation was also given a tour to the university’s New Campus.
