This program is a unique and distinct program where the graduate gets the degree of Doctor of Pharmacy. The graduates are characterized by theoretical and practical experiences and ability to take an active role within the medical team in terms of understanding medical diagnosis and choosing the right drug, the right dose and to find medical alternatives if they are needed. They also have the ability to communicate with the medical team and the patients, and this role that will give better health care, reduce the misuse of the drugs, and the cost of medical treatment. The graduates are qualified to practice the profession of pharmacy in all its forms and in all other fields, such as working in public and private pharmacies, in manufacturing and drug development and scientific research centers.
