The course addresses multiple aspects of the cryptocurrency world, from understanding blockchain technology to legal aspects of cryptocurrencies and smart money, the legal challenges facing cryptocurrencies and smart cash such as taxation and money laundering issues will be studied, and study the legal conduct through which smart contracts arising from the transaction of cryptocurrencies and smart money will be studied and how different they differ from traditional contracts and the legal challenges associated with the validity and effectiveness of smart contracts. decentralized financial markets will be examined, their concepts and functioning and how to trade cryptocurrencies in them.
