Graduates of this program can pursue careers in the following fields:

• Practicing as licensed lawyers in the Palestinian territories, including the West Bank, Gaza Strip, Jerusalem, and Palestinian communities within Israel, subject to the applicable professional requirements and regulations.

• Working as legal advocates and specialists in the field of legal studies.

• Serving as legal consultants for institutions and organizations. The program develops students’ abilities to provide legal advice to individuals and institutions, particularly in matters related to legal systems applicable in Jerusalem and within Israel, and to address legal procedures affecting Palestinians.

• Working as legal researchers in research centers and policy institutes, supported by the program’s emphasis on developing advanced legal research skills.

• Pursuing academic careers through graduate studies, including masters and doctoral programs, leading to teaching and research opportunities in legal disciplines.

• Working with legal organizations and human rights institutions engaged in monitoring, documenting, and reporting violations of international law.

• Working in specialized centers dedicated to defending Palestinian land rights, protecting Palestinian workers’ rights, addressing insurance-related matters, and following up on cases before Israeli courts.

• Working in the field of legal translation between Arabic and Hebrew.

• Serving as specialized arbitrators in various areas of dispute resolution and arbitration.
