The program establishes a strong symbiotic relationship with the food industry sector. From the inception of this program, regular meetings and fruitful discussions will be held to ascertain and maximize the benefits that the food industry can derive from its implementation. These collaborative efforts aim to identify and address the specific needs and challenges of the industry, ensuring that the program delivers tangible and practical outcomes to propel its growth and success.

 

Teaching and Learning

The program offers a comprehensive learning experience that encompasses both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Through engaging lectures, students will gain a solid foundation in the subject matter, foster critical thinking abilities, and develop essential research skills. These lectures will be designed to facilitate interactive discussions, encouraging students to actively participate and delve deeper into the intricacies of food chemistry.

In addition to theoretical instruction, the program emphasizes the acquisition of practical skills, which will be directly applicable to the culmination of the program: the final thesis. Students will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and expertise in a hands-on manner, conducting research, experiments, and analyses to produce a high-quality thesis that contributes to the advancement of the field.
