This event was organized by the French Consulate in Jerusalem and aimed at promoting mutual cooperation in the field of academia between Palestinian and French universities. The workshop was organized by the French Consulate and attended by Campus France, Key Representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education, Palestinian Erasmus+ representative and representatives and academics from Palestinian and French universities.

The Office of the International Development and External Affairs Office and the Scholarship Office at An-Najah represented the University in this important workshop. Dr. Rasha Khayyat, Scholarship Coordinator at An-Najah delivered a brief presentation introducing An-Najah National University to the audience and providing them with a summary of the opportunities and challenges facing cooperation with An-Najah National University and Palestinian Universities in general.

This event is the first of its kind in Palestine, and is dedicated to exchange meetings between French and Palestinian academics and higher education establishments. It provided An-Najah with an opportunity to foster new cooperations with French higher education institutions and to share expertise in various academic fields. The French universities that were present in the event included Sorbonne Paris Cité, Université Lyon III, Université de Bretagne occidentale publique, Ecole pratique des hautes etudes, Audencia Business School, Ecole supérieure des sciences commerciales d’ Angers.
