An-Najah Signs an MOU with Médecins Sans Frontières
On Monday, July 25th, 2016, Dr Mohammad Al-Amleh, Vice President for Academic Affair at An-Najah received at his office Mr. Erwan Grillon, Head of Mission of Médecins Sans Frontières to sign an MOU on the first Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in Palestine and one of the few in all of the Arab Region.
The MOU aims at giving a site to the Master Degree students in clinical psychology who will be placed as trainee in the MSF project and bringing high quality Clinical Psychology education and applied training to An-Najah in order to increase the number of skilled Clinical Psychologists in Palestine, for which there is a critical need and high demand.
The programme will create an academic environment that will foster the development of a professional community of Clinical Psychologists in Palestine that can effectively meet the mental health needs of the local population.

The meeting was also attended by Dr. Sabrina Russo, Coordinator of the Master Program in Clinical Psychology at An-Najah, Mr. Tareq Zaid, Project Coordinator, Nablus MSF and other members of MSF.
