Richard and Susan Hayden Academy Fellowship

The Scholarship Affairs Unit / Academic and Professional Development Center announces the availability of Richard and Susan Hayden Academy Fellowship.
The Queen Elizabeth II Academy offers early-to-mid-career professionals with leadership potential the opportunity to spend ten months at Chatham House to further develop their skills, knowledge and networks. During their time at the Academy, fellows deepen their understanding of critical issues and propose new ideas and solutions to complex policy challenges and opportunities, while also attending a bespoke leadership programme comprising of:
- Intensive induction week
- Discussion seminars
- Skills workshops
- Briefings with senior practitioners
- Project presentations
- Personal development coaching
- Media training
Academy fellows receive a monthly stipend of £2,365 to cover living expenses. The Academy will cover costs related to relocation, visas and payment of the UK’s Immigration Healthcare Surcharge, fieldwork and travel, research activities, and possible publication.
