Responsibilities:
- Ensures the compliance between the policies of university’s websites and the content.
- Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
- Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees.
- Complies with security legal requirements by studying existing and new security legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering, management information systems or other related fields
- +2 years professional experience in quality assurance and/or auditing
- A robust professional experience in policy making; especially in IT environment is mandatory
- Ability to successfully work in a process and deadline driven environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Good communication/presentation skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively with a global, virtual team
- High energy level, self-motivated, and demonstrates initiative
- Strong project management skills
