Competing against their peers from eight prestigious universities spanning the West Bank and Gaza Strip, the "Takhzeen" team emerged as resounding victors following an intensive two-day evaluation orchestrated by a panel of seasoned experts across diverse domains. This competetion took place at Ramallah Cultural Palace on August 22nd and 23rd, 2023.

The sterling performance of the "Takhzeen" Company is a testament to the collaborative efforts of 19 exceptional students drawn from an array of academic disciplines within the University. The team's collective expertise was strategically allocated across six vital company departments: Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, Research and Development, Management and Finance, and Law. The company, fashioned in the legal mold of public shareholding corporations, is steered by its accomplished General Manager.

At the heart of "Takhzeen's" mission is the innovative orchestration of warehouse leasing processes, facilitated seamlessly through their web portal "Takhzeen.ps". This digital platform streamlines leasing operations and introduces pioneering solutions tailored to landlords and tenants, fostering a conducive investment landscape.

Professor Abdel Nasser Zaid, President of An-Najah National University, extended his heartfelt congratulations on this remarkable achievement.
