Ghaith Abdel-Ghani, a second-year nursing student at An-Najah National University, reflects with gratitude and enthusiasm on his transformative academic experience during a month-long training program at tJordan University Hospital. Hailing from the village of Baqat al-Hatab, Ghaith expresses his appreciation for the unique opportunity to learn and grow within the academic institutions of An-Najah University and the University of Jordan.

Ghaith's journey began when his professors at An-Najah University offered him a training scholarship facilitated by the Arab Council for Training and Student Creativity (ASCTI). This scholarship marked the first delegation of nursing students from An-Najah University to undergo training at the University of Jordan, opening a new chapter in Ghaith's academic pursuits.

The training experience at tJordan University Hospital, affiliated with the University of Jordan, left an indelible mark on Ghaith's academic career. His participation in the Nursing Management and Leadership course, designated for fourth-year students, presented challenges that he embraced with determination. Despite being younger and at a lower academic level than his peers, Ghaith successfully navigated the academic rigor, demonstrating resilience and excellence that brought acclaim not only to himself but also to his university and country.

During his tenure at Jordan University Hospital, Ghaith actively contributed to the "Problem Solving" project. Identifying Pressure Ulcer as the most widespread issue among patients, the project focused on addressing the root causes, including environmental factors, medical equipment defects, and a lack of information among patients and their families. Ghaith and his team took decisive steps to enhance patient education, employing visual aids, distributing informative brochures, and conducting pre- and post-explanation questionnaires. The outcomes were promising, showcasing improved patient awareness and a positive response to preventive measures.

Ghaith extends his heartfelt gratitude to God for the success achieved during this journey and acknowledges the warm reception and cooperation of Prof. Areej Othman, the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Jordan. He expresses gratitude to his professors at An-Najah University for providing this enriching opportunity and emphasizes the importance of continued communication and collaboration between the two universities. Ghaith also extends appreciation to the University of Jordan, An-Najah National University, and the Practical Training Center at An-Najah for their support and contributions to this invaluable experience.

In conclusion, Ghaith Murad Abdel Ghani looks forward to fostering similar opportunities for future students, hoping to build enduring connections between the academic institutions of An-Najah University and the University of Jordan and create a legacy of shared knowledge and experiences.
