An-Najah Scholar Ahmed Noubani Wins Best Overall Project Award at the University of Dundee, United Kingdom
Ahmed Noubani, a scholarship recipient from An-Najah National University, has been awarded the Best Overall Project in Computing at the School of Science and Engineering Winter Awards 2024 by the University of Dundee, United Kingdom.
Noubani’s award-winning project, titled “Automated Generation of UML Use Case Diagrams from System Requirements,” showcases innovative advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). His work automates the analysis and interpretation of system requirements, extracting essential system functions—known as Use Cases—and presenting them in the form of Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, offering a clear and concise visual representation of system requirements.
The project significantly enhances efficiency for developers and system architects by reducing reliance on extensive documentation, saving time, and minimizing human errors during the critical analysis and design stages.
